The vision of the Strategic Integration Liaison (SIL) project is to improve and sustain
student outcomes through Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and inclusive practices
systems-level change by providing targeted and ongoing support, systems coaching, and
technical assistance to districts across functional executive leadership teams.
