Assistive Technology

The Assistive Technology program provides support improve outcomes for students whose special needs
require the use of assistive technology.

Our staff works with assistive technology specialists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, therapy assistants, special educators, and general education teachers involved in inclusion.

Services include:

  • Research-based professional development
  • Consultative/professional assistance via phone, email, video conference, or in-district
  • Preview/loan library for assistive technology devices and software
  • In-district observations, training, and consultations
