ESC Region 12 provides bank account reconciliation services designed to assure the district’s data is timely, accurate and internal controls are strengthened. 

• Services are available on a short-term or long-term basis.
• Services can be provided for all or selected accounts. 
• Reconciliations can be done for any software.

ESC Region 12 can provide full service bookkeeping. These services are available on an annual or as needed basis. These services include but are not limited to:

• Payroll preparation
• Accounts payable processing
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Quarterly and annual reporting for TRS/IRS

These services are also available as a “911 call” which provides districts with short term emergency help due to illness or an unexpected leave of personnel. 

ESC Region 12 provides full service bookkeeping on an annual or as needed basis. These services are also available as short-term emergency assistance and can be considered part of a district’s disaster plan.  These services are available regardless of software utilized.
