Superintendent Services

Our Field Service Agents provide a liaison to connect district superintendents with ESC Region 12 programs and services. They serve as a link of communication between ESC Region 12, TEA and education agencies, providing crucial policy and governance assistance.

Field Service Agent Assignments

This academy is designed to combine networking, dialogue, technology, field-based experience and expert presenters to meet the needs of both beginning and experienced superintendents. Topics are based on current issues and superintendents’ interests.

Academy activities include:

• Monthly meetings on topics of interest
• Meetings with legislators and professional organizations
• Access to online networking opportunities and information sharing within the closed group
• Sharing of best practices
• Expert speakers
