Mentoring
Mentoring services offer a dynamic cohort model, fostering collaboration and growth among educators.
This series is designed for experienced teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders interested in developing their mentorship skills to support novice teachers effectively. During this four-part series, participants will explore the pivotal role of mentoring in fostering the growth of new educators, learn how to guide new teachers in implementing best instructional practices, establish strong classroom management strategies, and navigate school systems and policies. By the end of the series, educators will be equipped with practical tools and resources to help new teachers thrive in and out of the classroom.
