Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a professional journey designed for both superintendents and district-level leaders who aspire to grow and collaborate with former leaders from the field.

Dedicated, one-on-one coaching time will be provided for the superintendent or district leader to focus on developing, enhancing, and accomplishing their professional leadership goals. Throughout this partnership, coaches will work with their coaches on fine tuning their abilities as a servant leader, and how they can inspire and develop the highest qualities within their organizations.

Coaching support is designed to provide superintendents and district-level leaders with a thought partner around leadership, change management, and problem-solving regarding the many facets school systems. Coaching sessions can be provided in person or via virtual format depending on the needs of the campus or district leader.

Monthly check-ins surrounded by 24/7 support will provide the individualized reflective professional development you need to unlock the best leader in you!
