Charting the Course: Transition Fair

Education Service Center (ESC) Region 12 and the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) invite parents and their 8th, 9th,  and 12th grade students with disabilities that include, but are not limited to, those served through special education and 504, to learn about preparing for life after high school. We'll be offering this event at several locations, to accommodate as many families in our area as possible. This event is FREE!

Families play a key role in supporting students to reach their dreams. This interactive workshop provides an opportunity for families and students to ask questions and get connected to resources.

Who's invited?

Current 8th grade, 9th grade, and 12th grade students with disabilities (and their parents) enrolled in any public, private, charter, or home school!
