The Print Center has the capability to print and bind booklets using either saddle stitch or coil binding. We are happy to help you find the option that best fits your projects and your budget!

Options include:

  • 8.5" x 11" Coil Bound
  • 5.5" x 8.5" Coil Bound
  • 8.5" x 11" Saddle Stitch
  • 5.5" x 8.5" Saddle Stitch

Custom sizes available upon request and may incur additional fees.

The Print Center can meet all of your poster and banner needs. With a versatile, wide-format printer and high-quality paper options to choose from, we can print your poster and provide you with professional finishing options including grommets.

Available sizes include:

  • 12" x 18": Perfect for smaller rooms
  • 18" x 24": Best for spaces smaller than 100 ft2, like elevators, waiting rooms and restrooms.
  • 24" x 36": Best for larger spaces like hallways.
  • 36" x 36": Best for spaces larger than 600 ft2, like auditoriums, lobbies, and parking garages.
  • Custom sizes are available.

Our staff provide an affordable alternative to print chains. We have a proven track record of providing quality work in a timely manner. We typically produce orders within three business days of customer approval. Our staff is helpful and knowledgeable about printing, and always puts the customer first. The revenue of The Print Center goes back to help educate students across Region 12.

  • The Print Center at ESC Region 12 offers a variety of printing services from start to finish. With state-of-the-art equipment and an incredibly knowledgeable staff, the Print Center can print anything from programs to cards to fliers to posters. We can print custom sizes, just ask!


    We offer black and white and full color printing on a variety of paper weights and finishes. We can produce copies both electronically and via hard copy on a variety of paper weights.


    Once your project is printed, the Print Center offers a variety of services to make your project shine. These services include a variety of binding types and laminating. 


    Already printed your project, but you aren't sure how to finish it? The Print Center Staff is happy to assist you in finding the perfect solution for your project.

  • The Print Center will work to produce all projects with the best quality at the best price in the required time-frame. The staff will provide a budget friendly, deadline-friendly and project-friendly experience.

  • You will select your due date during the checkout process. The website will auto-select the next due date without rush fees.

    Selecting a due date is essential to a successful ordering experience. Please keep the following information in mind:

    • A typical job can be completed in 3 business days. Please be aware that larger or more complex orders will take longer.
    • A rush job can be completed in 1 business day. Please remember that rush fees will apply to your order.
    • If you would like your order completed same-day, please contact the Print Center. This is to ensure that our staff can give you a realistic timeline of your order. Please remember that rush fees will apply to your order.



    1. Click Add to Cart when you are ready to complete your order.
    2. Click on the date in the upper left corner.
    3. Select your desired due date by clicking the date. Days highlighted in light blue will include rush fees.
    4. Select a time from the drop-down below the calendar.
    5. When you have completed selecting the due date, click save.
    6. Rush fees will be assessed and your total will be recalculated if applicable.
    7. Click Proceed to Checkout to pay for & complete your order.

  • Sometimes you need to submit a job ticket, but you don’t have the file to upload. This usually is because you only need finishing. Additionally, if we have your print ready file, please let us know and we will add it to your account. Please remember that we CANNOT print anything without a file.

    1. Choose your product.
    2. Click add files.
    3. Select Other.
    4. Select the applicable option.
    5. Give your hard copies a name and select the number of pages.
    6. Click finish.
    7. Select the applicable options on the left and continue with your order.

  • Our website will allow you to combine documents, add blank pages and remove pages straight in the system! Follow the instructions below to use this feature.

    1. Choose your product and upload your file(s).
    2. Click the Thumbnail View icon. This will change your view.
    3. Right-click on the page you would like to move or remove. This will open a menu for you to choose from.
    4. Select the desired option.
    5. Follow steps 3 & 4 for all desired pages.
    6. Verify that the options on the left are correct.
    7. Click Add to Cart when you are ready to complete your order.

    • Our website will allow us to easily make companies tax exempt. Follow the instructions below to ensure that we know your tax exemption status.

      1. Complete the Texas Tax Exempt Form > (or an approved exemption form).
      2. Email and attach your form.
        Subject line: [Company Name] Tax Exemption
      3. Proceed with your order.



      If you have already submitted an order, please follow the above instructions and contact us. Once we receive your documentation, we can deduct the sales taxes from your quote. If your order has been completed, we cannot refund the taxes.
