WACO, Texas – Texas Association for Pupil Transportation (TAPT) held its 22nd Annual State School Bus Safety Speech Contest Monday, April 24, at Education Service Center (ESC) Region 12 in Waco. Eighteen students from across the state prepared and presented an original oration to convey the school bus safety topic for the year. This year's speech contest topic was “Safely Rolling to My Destination.”
