School Improvement

Our team guides campuses and districts through improvement initiatives mandated by TEA, offering targeted support.

The ESC Region 12 School Improvement team partners with district and campus leaders to implement the Effective District Framework (EDF), Effective School Framework (ESF), fulfill state-required accountability interventions, and engage in continuous improvement efforts.

Our team provides support to school improvement campuses through:

• Implementing the Effective District Framework (EDF) and Effective Schools Framework (ESF): Supports campuses and districts in adopting strategies that drive student achievement and growth
   
• School Improvement Interventions: Supports campuses and districts in navigating and fulfilling TEA-mandated interventions:
  • ESF/EDF Diagnostic Overview
  • Targeted Improvement Plan Development (TIP) and Turnaround Plan (TAP) Development
  • Foundational Leadership of Instructional Practices and Systems (FLIPS)
  • Performance Management Routines
     
• Continuous Improvement: Offers training, guidance, and coaching in ESF-aligned school improvement strategies tailored to the needs of district and campus leaders upon request
