Our team guides campuses and districts through improvement initiatives mandated by TEA, offering targeted support.
The ESC Region 12 School Improvement team partners with district and campus leaders to implement the Effective Schools Framework (ESF), fulfill state-required accountability interventions, and engage in continuous improvement efforts.
Our team provides support to school improvement campuses through:
- Implementing the Effective Schools Framework (ESF): Helps campuses and districts adopt strategies that drive student achievement and growth
- School Improvement Interventions: Assists campuses and districts in navigating and fulfilling TEA-mandated interventions
- SI Leadership Series Sessions (FLIPS)
- Targeted Improvement Plan Development
- ESF Diagnostic Overview
- Continuous Improvement: Offers training, guidance, and coaching in ESF-aligned school improvement strategies tailored to the needs of district and campus leaders upon request
