Principal liaisons provide professional development, expert assistance and ongoing support to campus and central office administrators throughout the region. Each of our principal liaisons has unique experiences that allows them to serve as thought partners for campus leaders if needed. Team building, culture building and campus visits are conducted upon request.

To increase collaboration and networking between and within districts, we have combined Curriculum Council and Principal Leadership. Each symposium will begin with a keynote speaker followed by brunch and breakout sessions to meet the needs of each participant. TEKS Resource System updates will now be included as a breakout.

The ESC Region 12 School Improvement Team partners with district and campus leaders to implement the Effective Schools Framework (ESF), fulfill state-required accountability interventions, and engage in continuous improvement efforts. We aim to foster environments of excellence, helping schools overcome challenges and achieve lasting success.

Texas Instructional Leadership is a program through which we provide training and support to campus and district leaders on their ability to build the capacity of educators that they manage. This is in accord with the foundational essential actions of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF) proven to be effective.
