Join as a Title II, Part D Technology Co-op Member and you will receive technology services, staff development, program administration, and technical assistance in accordance with the NCLB Enhancing Education Through Technology Program. In addition, you will profit from formula grant funds based on your proportionate share of funding under Part A of Title I.
When you become a member, ESC Region 12 will:
• Serve as fiscal agent for co-op districts for Title II, Part D, Subpart 1 funds
• Prepare the Application for Federal Funds, amendments, and evaluation
• Handle application/amendment negotiations with the Texas Education Agency (TEA)
• Conduct technology assessments and/or surveys
• Provide technology planning assistance
• Provide training sessions to satisfy NCLB Title II, Part D requirements
• Provide technical assistance for Performance-Based Monitoring related to Title II, Part D
• Provide sessions on classroom technology integration
