The ESC Region 12 Teacher Preparation and Certification Program (TPCP) is approved by the Texas Education Agency and the State Board for Educator Certification. The program allows highly competent people who are degreed in a variety of academic areas to transfer mature and rich experiences into a teaching field. In addition, our interns bring many professional attributes to the classrooms and the school districts. The Education Service Center Region 12 welcomes the opportunity to serve the community and to work collaboratively with local school districts in this endeavor to ensure that all students receive a quality education.
