Making the Book
 

1. Cover Page-- This page should have your name, the title of your book, and a colored drawing of a Monarch Butterfly.

2. Page One-- This page should have a picture of the 1st stage of a Monarch's life. You should write about your picture.

3. Page Two-- This page should have a picture of the 2nd stage of a Monarch's life. You should write about your picture.

4. Page Three-- This page should have a picture of the 3rd stage of a Monarch's life. You should write about your picture.

5. Page four-- This page should have a picture of the 4th stage of a Monarch's life. You should write about your picture.

6. Page five-- This page should show a picture of a Monarch caterpillar eating his favorite food. Write about your picture.

7. Page six-- This page should show a map of the United States . You should show the place the Monarch Butterfly will travel to when it starts to get cold. Can you write about your picture using the word migrate?

8. Page seven-- This page is your page to put anything extra that you have learned about the Monarch Butterfly. You may use as many pages for your book that you need.
