ESC Region 12 ~ Videostreaming Membership Packet

ESC Region 12 is pleased that you have elected to participate in the Discovery Education streaming (unitedstreaming™) Video Streaming Service for the 2008-2009 school year. This service begins on September 1, 2008 and ends on August 31, 2009. To ensure a successful implementation of Discovery Education streaming (unitedstreaming™), please complete the following steps.

Superintendent:
1.		Review the Discovery Education Subscriber Agreement (Exhibit A) PDF File
2.		Sign page 9 of the Subscriber's Agreement (Exhibit A) and fax back to Lisa McCray at ESC Region 12, 254-420-2841
3.		Distribute Exhibit B: User Agreement/Terms of Use to the principal on each participating campus in the district.


Principal:
1.		Distribute Exhibit B: User Agreement/Terms of Use (PDF File) to all staff members on the campus either on paper or electronically.
2.		Ensure that all staff members have reviewed the User Agreement.
3.		Select a staff member to serve as your Campus Account Manager and have that person complete the Campus Account Manager Information Sheet (MS Word File) and email it to Melva Harris.
4.		Campuses new to Unitedstreaming are encouraged to register at least one person from your campus to attend at least one of the full-day Training of Trainer sessions listed below. One person may attend one session for free. Others may attend for $70/person.


Campus Account Manager:
1.		Complete the Campus Account Manager Information Sheet (MS Word File) and email it to Melva Harris .
2.		Participate in Discovery Education streaming (Unitedstreaming) Account Manager training if you are new to this role or need a refresher course. Account Manager training is included in the Discovery Education streaming (Unitedstreaming) TOT sessions.

Provide technical assistance to teachers on your campus for this program.
