Programs and Services

• Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) is a 36 hour course to prepare new administrators for instructional leadership and teacher appraisal. ILD is a prerequisite for PDAS appraiser certification.

• ILD For Teachers is a 12 hour course which helps teachers to:

  Evaluate the effectiveness of their own teaching practices
  Analyze data in order to promote systemic improvement
  Integrate the continuous improvement process into curriculum, instruction, and assessment
