
Online registration is only available for sessions
where registration is open. After you look up an event in
the catalog, you can either register online or send us the
registration form you print from the Adobe PDF registration
form (
PDF file) along with any appropriate payment . Only
credit cards or school purchase orders may be used with Online
or FAX Registration.
Online Registration
Requirements:

Accessing Online
Registration:
Browse the Online Catalog.
Once you've found a workshop you're
interested in, click on the "Registration" link
located beneath
the description for your workshop.
Proceed through the entire registration
process until you receive the
message "Registration Confirmation ".
Or...
If you know the session number (listed in printed
flyers, the Events Catalog, or our online catalog), click
on the "Know
Your Session Number?" link on the ESC 12 home
page or on the "Register
On-Line" link on the Events and Registration
page, log-in using your preassigned username and password,
and enter the session number to access the "Workshop
Catalog Entry" page for the session. Proceed
through the entire registration process until you
receive the message
"Registration Confimation". Be sure to print
the confirmation for your records.

information on each screen.
Then, click on the link or button
to proceed to the next page.

Payment Methods:
Payment may be made online with a credit card, school purchase
order, or by mail with a check of school purchase order.
If there is a fee, indicate payment method and enter the
payment
data,
then click on the "Submit Registration"
button.
When paying with a school purchase order,
enter the purchase order number, then send a copy of the
purchase order to:

Special
Instructions for Co-ops:
Our registration system will automatically determine if your
district is a co-op member and will charge appropriately
according to any co-ops which may apply to the session
you are registering for.

Refunds:
If ESC Region 12 cancels an event or if the event exceeds
maximum enrollment, a pre-paid participant shall be issued
a 100% refund or a coupon to an ESC future event, comparable
to the cost of the cancelled event.
If an unpaid registered participant is unable
to attend an event, he/she must call 254/297-1210 or email
registration@esc12.net before
the end of the day of the event. Otherwise, the participant
/ district shall be invoiced for the cost of the
session.
If a pre-paid
registered participant is unable to attend an event,
he / she shall make a written request within 3 business days
following
the workshop for a 50% refund or for a future events
coupon comparable to the cost of the missed event. The request
shall be mailed to the registration manager at:

Exiting Registration:
You may exit registration at anytime
by closing the browser window; however,
registration is not complete until
you reach the "Registration
Confirmation" message.

Checking Your
Registration Record:
To verify registration is accepted or to print a copy of
your registration record, go to the Events
and Registration page and click on "View
your personal registration record." After you
log in to the site, you will be able to view events you
have already participated in at ESC Region 12 and
those
you have
registered to attend in the future. It will also provide
you with the opportunity to open and print your existing
certificates
of attendance.
