What is the School Effectiveness Audit?
The audit provides a picture of how a campus looks compared against a set of standards based largely on the Effective Schools research by Dr. Larry Lezotte.

How does the Audit Work?
A group of trained, veteran educators, composed of ESC Region 12 personnel spend two days in your district collecting data from four sources:

• AEIS and other data
• A parent survey
• Staff/student interviews
• Classroom observations

What Will the Audit do for You?

• Provide a detailed, written report that will describe findings, commendations and recommendations.
• Provide follow-up support to the principal describing implementation of recommendations at no additional charge.
• Provide data that can be used for long-term planning.
• Provide a process that you can use annually to monitor and review your school’s progress.
