Child Nutrition Directors & Managers Academy Co-op

This multi-day training is designed specifically for new and aspiring Child Nutrition Program directors and managers and any personnel directly responsible for the Child Nutrition Program in your district. Multi-training in all areas of the Child Nutrition Program will be offered and addressed to ensure that the National School Breakfast Program (NSBP) and the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) in your district is in compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Services Include:

Training in program accountability, menu/nutritiion planning, facility layout/design and equipment selection, procurement, personnel management, financial management/record keeping and computer technology.

An onsite visit to your district to ensure that the food service directors and managers are knowledgeable of the above key areas and have successfully implemented and met compliance with all federal and state regulations.
