ESC Region 12 provides training and contract services for submission of the Federal Program Application. Programs included in the application are: Title I, Part A; Title I, Part C; Title II, Part A; Title II, Part D; Title III; Title IV; and Title V.

Services include:

• Completion / submission of the Federal Application
• Application negotiations with Texas Education Agency
• Submission of budget amendments (as needed)
• Submission of end-of-year evaluations
• Submission of mid-year reports (as needed)
• Technical assistance for Performance-Based Monitoring
