Child Nutrition Services

ESC Region 12 provides technical assistance and support for new and experienced cafeteria managers in Cafeteria Supervisor/Director Services. The monthly visits address issues that often cause concern for the Coordinated Review Effort (CRE) visits. ESC Region 12 provides guidance in the preparation of menus that meet all TDA and USDA requirements and dietary guidelines.
