| Short Synopsis: |
CRCG meets monthly and provides a forum for information
sharing and staffing for specific cases referred to CRCG. |
| Description: |
Monthly meeting of county service providers, including
school districts, ESC12, CASA, Advocacy Center, Family
Abuse Center, MHMR, Texas Dept. of Health, TCADA, Juvenile
Probation, HOTCOG, CPS, Hill College, Hillsboro Police
Dept., area churches, Heart of Texas Workforce, Texas
Health Steps, Area Agency on Aging, CHIP, and Texas Cooperative
Extension. Agendas highlight unique roles of agencies
and provide updates on service provided – stafffings
are scheduled upon request to meet specific needs of
individuals and families |
| Evidence of Sucess: |
Staffings result in referrals to hospitals and care
facilities. Law enforcement, counselors and school personnel
report on the positive benefits of CRCG discussion and
referral. Agency representatives attend CRCG regularly,
and report that shared information and updates are significant
in their work. |
