Special Guest Speaker to Present at March 19th Event

Education Service Center REgion 12 is pleased to invite you to attend a very special presentation on March 19, 2008. Science Education Specialist Anne Fitzsimons will be facilitating a physics event at his time with a very special presenter - her father, Dr. Edward McBride from The University of Kansas.

Dr. McBride is a professor of Engineering and Physics at KU. He received his BS and PhD from KU and his MS from Harvard. He is here for only one day and will be available after lunch to meet with individual teachers if they wish.

Anne is new to ESC Region 12 coming to us after teaching for Killeen ISD for ten years (biology and anatomy and physiology). Anne is very excited by this opportunity to provide an exceptionally high level of training to the Physics teachers in Region 12.
