New Service Offered by Region 12 - Financial Benchmarking Education Service Center Region 12 is proud to introduce a new service to its districts--Financial Benchmarking. If your district is financially proactive, Financial Benchmarking will provide a level of comfort to confirm the accuracy of district calculations or reduce staff time by outsourcing the elements of data manipulations. The resulting reports are very effective tools for administration and the board to use in making prudent decisions. The reports are also excellent board reports. The service is similar to curriculum benchmarking. It is designed to determine during planned intervals the progress being made toward the fiscal year end goals. The benchmarks will allow early intervention by the district to redirect revenues, expenditures or use other strategies to meet financial goals.
