AEIS-IT © is the base software for district
data analysis. It provides for the analysis of TAKS,
SDAA, RPTE, and SCAN data (local benchmark tests).
It is a searchable database with over 200 bits of data
on each student. The software contains multiple pre-set
reports and graphs for teachers and administrators
to use in making decisions about students. District
data is received from the ESC data website.
SCANIT
is the portion of AEIS-IT © that allows a district
to scan and score tests. These tests can be created
by
classroom teachers from released tests, or alternate
tests of TAKS. If a district does not have a double-sided
scanner, ESC Region 12 will scan the sheets at the
cost of twenty cents ($.20) per sheet.
SLUGIT allows
a district to pre-bubble information onto the scanable
student answer sheets. The process provides a teacher
header sheet and an individual student answer sheet.
Students can be grouped by the teacher and score sheets
pre-bubbled for each student. Scan sheets are purchased
through NCS or Scantron.
PGP, the personal graduation
plan software, is now a part of AEIS-IT ©.
Each district
will receive: - The software and assistance with
installation and setup
- Unlimited telephone
technical support
- Data through the ESC Region
12 web site
- Support and information through
the AEIS-IT Listserv
- Training is based upon
regular ESC fees.
