ESC Region 12 ~ Meetings / Forums / Roundtables for Administrators

Charter School Cluster Meetings are held each month August through May on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. ESC specialists assist the charter school directors and staff members in understanding and fulfilling TEA requirements. Discussions include administrative issues and concerns, changes in education law, special education information, PEIMS, funding, discipline, and staff development.

Superintendent Forums provide a networking opportunity for superintendents and charter school directors in Region 12. ESC staff assist administrators in understanding and fulfilling TEA requirements and legislative mandates. The forum also provides a format for professional organizations to present current information to the designated audience. Guest speakers are invited to present current information to the group.

Superintendent Roundtables & Special Meetings
Superintendent Roundtables are scheduled each year to allow opportunities for superintendents to engage in discussions concerning critical issues with leading authorities. Legislative Roundtables create venues for Superintendents for dialogue with area Representatives and Senators. New Superintendent Roundtables provide for mentoring and training of Superintendents new to the profession. Roundtables are designed based on Superintendent needs.
