In accordance with the Commissioner's Public Access Initiative (PAI), the ESC Region 12 coordinated the development of EDLINK12, a telecommunications network which offers educators in all Region 12 districts Internet access, e-mail services, videoconferencing, distance learning content, professional development, voice communications, and community services.

Districts/schools must enter into agreement with the Education Service Center Region 12 for connection to this network. Options for services for both existing members and new members are available upon request.
