Technical Support provided to EDLINK12 Members for wide area network equipment and connections.

  • DNS
  • Email
  • Filtering
  • Internet Access
  • Videoconferencing
Your ticket will be addressed in priority order as assigned by the Helpdesk Receptionist:
  • Critical--Network connection is down, denying service to a district or large number of machines. Response will be immediate. Contact within 30 minutes.
  • Urgent--Productive use of network resources are directly or indirectly affected. Response will be as immediate as possible. Contact within two hours.
  • Normal--Issue is important but does not affect many users. Contact within one day.
  • Low--Issue is important but not urgent. Contact within two working days.
